If your plan isn't on the list, that's not the end of the conversation. We routinely set up single-case agreements (SCAs) with out-of-network commercial carriers when ABA is medically necessary and in-network options aren't available. We'll do the legwork with your insurer and tell you what's possible before you commit to anything.
Private pay
Some families prefer to pay out of pocket — for privacy, scheduling flexibility, or because their plan's authorization process is too slow. We offer transparent private-pay rates and will provide a superbill if you'd like to submit it for partial reimbursement.
What it actually costs you
Out-of-pocket varies a lot by plan. Most in-network families with a fully-met deductible pay $0-$30 per session in copay or coinsurance. Families still working toward a deductible may pay more upfront and then drop to those numbers. We will run your specific benefits, in writing, before your first session — no surprises.
