Sivan So, BCBA, M.Ed., LBA

I bring together compassionate, family-centered care with deep experience in the ABA field. As a University of Washington graduate with a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and over 10 years of professional experience, I have worked with babies, children, and adults with autism, as well as individuals with multiple diagnoses. I am dedicated to delivering high-quality support for you and your family.

Ryan Selberg BCBA, M.Ed., LBA

I am a seasoned BCBA and University of Washington graduate with a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis. I have over 10 years of experience helping children and adults with Autism achieve meaningful, lasting growth. I bring a confident, results-driven approach grounded in extensive clinical expertise and a deep commitment to the children I serve.

ABA Therapy

At Thrive Behavior Therapy, we provide experienced, highly trained therapists who work directly with your child using supportive, naturalistic teaching methods. Our team is trained to understand your child’s unique needs, build meaningful goals, and create a warm, consistent learning environment where your child can grow.

Parent Education

Parent Education sessions are collaborative, personalized, and focused on what matters most to your family. We meet you where you are and support you with clear guidance, coaching, and ongoing feedback so you feel empowered in your child’s progress.

Social Skills Training

Our Social Skills Training program helps children build the essential skills they need to connect with others, form meaningful relationships, and participate confidently in everyday activities. Using evidence-based ABA strategies, we teach social skills in a supportive, naturalistic way that feels comfortable and engaging for each child.
